Just for today I will really believe and trust that God has my back.  I will live in the moment and not in my head I will leave all the worries and problems that are surrounding me around me not in me.
Decided to have my morning meeting  with God at the  beach today. I was met with a beautiful sunrise.  It was so peaceful. Just me, the ocean, some seabirds and these wild floweres dressed in the colors of autumn.
