I also love laundry after it has been in the sunshine. What did you mean by "missing everything"?
I live in the city and we spent the day upstate and visited the most fabulous farm, fresh lavender, chickens that lay blue and green eggs, beehives, stars...living here you miss out on ALL of that
I never, absolutely never, fail to be totally awed by the beauty of the autumn leaves! Since you are "up there" you are in the midst of it. We are gradually seeing the emergence and I can not hardly wait! I look forward to visiting your blog.
I was going to say "are you sure this isn't Kentucky?" Then I see where you said upstate NY...I went though there once and thought it really did look like Ky. So different from the city isn't it!

Nice to see you enjoying upstate NY. I was at Bear mountain park today. We had a great time there.
