I have to say, I can't wait to close up shop and take a break next week, just hope I can really let myself take a break, I usually prefer to work:) I am a little ahead of the schedule I posted on etsy. So if your waiting for things, they are coming! I am panicked about falling behind and getting a bad name for myself. I have seen this happen to at least 6 other etsy shops in the last half year.
So I am going to try something new. I am taking my current listings down sunday night. I will reopen my shop September 5th (depending on the photographer) and list 6new outfits and they will be limited to 10 available per style. After (If) I sell them I will close again for a week and sew. I have to keep this manageable.
So look for Patisserie late next week! These are hand picked goodies. Each fabric is prettier then the next!

I have seen this happen too and I think you made a good choice at least while things are busy. A few shops I like close from time to time to catch up on orders and that will probably pay off in the long run. :-) Now it is official: You have a VERY popular shop!:-)
I love your shop and I wish you only the best. Ana
I'd say beyond popular! Phenominally gorgeous clothes that are well made and affordable? You can't keep this small for very long (and if you do, just make sure I get to order!!!)
I agree totally! You can't sew for 18 hours a day and still have time for yourself, your daughter, AND maintain the passion for what you do. Small collections, a break for catch-up and quality control, and then another new collection for us eager followers is the way to go! You know, there are a lot of us who check in often just because we love your designs and we want to see what new things you have, and we'll be very happy to wait a week or two each time, knowing that you're coming up with fresh ideas and not wearing yourself out. You go, girl! - you have a lot of support. Carla
